Technify serves two key client types: buyers and adopters of technology (owners and occupiers making informed decisions about technology for their facilities and operations), and technology providers looking to better serve this market. Projects range from facility readiness assessments and digital building program development to fractional solution engineering and product advisory services for PropTech companies. With 17 years of experience across the entire operational technology ecosystem—from physical systems and infrastructure to applications and stakeholder engagement—Brian helps both sides achieve successful outcomes by better understanding each other and themselves.

Erika Osterling is the founder of Steeped Advisory, a coaching and talent advisory practice, where she leverages a 20-year career as a senior operator, executive advisor and talent developer for best-in-class companies and leadership organizations.
Steeped works with private and company sponsored clients of high growth, mid-size and large companies to establish tailored coaching engagements which advance strategic business and talent goals. In the engagements, Erika partners with Directors to C-Suite leaders to develop critical leadership skills to maximize organizational impact.
